Los sujetos activos de los impuestos al consumo de que trata este Capítulo podrán establecer la obligación a los productores e importadores de señalizar los productos destinados al consumo en cada departamento y el Distrito Capital. Para el ejercicio de esta facultad los sujetos activos coordinarán el establecimiento de sistemas únicos de señalización a nivel nacional.
