A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, los viáticos por comisiones en el interior y en el exterior del país, de los Oficiales, Suboficiales, Agentes de la Policía y Soldados miembros de la Casa Militar de la Presidencia de la República, se regirán por las normas especiales del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
