Artículo segundo . En lo sucesivo, él Presidente de la República y los demás empleados al servicio de la Nación, sea cual fuere el Orden jerárquico que establecen la constitución y las leyes de la República, recibirán el tratamiento que corresponda a la denominación del cargo que desempeñen sin anteponer ningún adjetivo a excepción de "señor" y "usted", según el caso.
