Artículo primero. Para efectos de las Resoluciones 49 (II), 50 (II) y 51 (II) adoptadas en la 2ª Conferencia Ordinaria de los países adherentes a la Asociación Latinoamericana de Libre Comercio, las Cámaras de Comercio colombianas que funcionan dentro de la Ley 28 de 1931, calificarán el origen nacional de las mercaderías con destino a los países pertenecientes a dicha Asociación.
