º . Todo lo relacionado con el establecimiento, liquidación, distribución y recaudo de la contribución, de valorización estará a cargo de la Junta Directiva de la Corporación el Director Ejecutivo y los funcionarios de la Corporación según las facultades y atribuciones que se les señalen de acuerdo con la ley, y los estatutos de la Corporación y éste Reglamentó.

Parágrafo

Corresponde en cada caso al Gobierno Nacional aprobar la liquidación, de la cuantía total que ha de distribuirse como contribución de valorización y los ajustes a la misma según el artículo: 28.
