Artículo único. Hónrase la memoria del doctor Nicanor G. Insignares, médico ilustre y eminente servidor de la Patria.

El Gobierno mandará hacer un retrato al óleo del doctor Insignares, el cual será colocado en el salón del Senado.

La partida que demande este gasto, que se calcula hasta en doscientos pesos ($ 200), se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia.

Copias de esta Ley serán enviadas a la señora viuda y familia del finado.
