ESCALAFON COMPLEMENTARIO. Es el conformado por aquellos Oficiales y Suboficiales que, habiendo reunido los requisitos de tiempo mínimo y excelente conducta, demuestren buenas condiciones profesionales en su grado para continuar en servicio activo, pero no fueren ascendidos por carencia de las demás condiciones legales o por razón de las políticas generales sobre administración de personal. El Gobierno Nacional, reglamentará los requisitos para el ingreso al escalafón complementario.
