El artículo 306 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, quedará así:
Artículo 306. OPORTUNIDAD PARA INVOCAR NULIDADES ORIGINADAS EN LA ETAPA DE INSTRUCCION. Las nulidades que no sean invocadas hasta el término de traslado común para preparar la audiencia, sólo podrán ser debatidas en el recurso de casación.
