Rebájase hasta una tercera parte el tiempo señalado por el Código Penal para la prescripción de la acción criminal y de la pena.

Esta disposición no tendrá efecto sino respecto de los delitos cometidos antes del 20 de Julio de 1910, y siempre que no sean de los comprendidos en el artículo 3º de esta Ley.
