La resolución sobre cancelación del recibimiento no puede dictarse sino a petición de parte, y previa sustanciación de un juicio sumario con audiencia del Ministerio Público.

Si la resolución recaída a la solicitud de cancelación favorece al inscrito, se condenaran al solicitante al pago de una multa de quinientos pesos ($500) a favor del matriculado.
