º Tendrán derecho al Subsidio del Transporte Público Colectivo Urbano de que tratan los Decretos 588 y 589 de 1978, les propietarios de los vehículos de transporte público que presten en forma regular, el servicio de movilización de los deportistas que participen en los XIII Juegos Deportivos Centroamericanos y del Caribe, que se realizarán en Medellín del 7 al 22 de julio de 1978. El subsidio se liquidará en la forma prevista en el artículo 1º del Decreto 983 de 1978.
