Art. 5º Por los registros de los documentos de que trata el artículo 1º, se pagaran derechos según la naturaleza del acto o contrato incluidos en ellos, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia. Los emolumentos de los Registradores por documento privado serán los que señala el Decreto número 1.209, de fecha 21 de Octubre del presente año.
