º Toda solicitud de rutas y horarios hecha por las empresas al Instituto Nacional del Transporte, deberá contener

Indicación de que la empresa tiene el tipo de vehículo y el radio de acción, para la ruta solicitada.

Croquis de las rutas, con indicación de las distancias, tiempo de viaje, calidad y características de las vías, horas dé paso por poblaciones intermedias importantes y tiempo de demora en las mismas.

Número de horarios solicitados.

Nivel de servicio, forma de despacho, frecuencia y tipo de vehículo.
