Para el cumplimiento de los artículos anteriores destinase hasta la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) moneda colombiana, que se tomaran de la partida que en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se apropie para el personal y material del Departamento Nacional de Higiene.
