Del producido líquido que se obtenga por razón del sorteo extraordinario autorizado por esta Ley, se destinará el cincuenta por ciento (50%) a la construcción de habitaciones baratas para empleados y obreros. El cincuenta por ciento (50%) restante se invertirá en obras de Asistencia Pública a juicio de la Junta del Centenario creada por la Ley 57 de 1936 .
