El artículo 1002 del Código de Comercio, quedará así: Artículo 1002. El pasajero podrá desistir del transporte contratado con derecho a la devolución total o parcial del pasaje, dando previo aviso al transportador, conforme se establezca en los reglamentos oficiales, el contrato o en su defecto, por la costumbre.
