Modificación del artículo 4° del Decreto 919 de 2008: Modifícase el artículo 4° del Decreto 919 de 2008, modificado a su vez por el artículo 1° del Decreto 3819 de 2008 y el artículo 1° del Decreto 1098 de 2009, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 4°. Régimen de Transición . La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia certificará el interés bancario corriente aplicable a la modalidad de microcrédito bajo la nueva definición contemplada en el numeral 1 del artículo 2° del Decreto 519 de 2007, modificado por el artículo 2° del presente decreto, a partir del 1° de abril de 2010. Hasta esa fecha, el interés bancario corriente de dicha modalidad de crédito continuará siendo el establecido en la certificación vigente al momento de la publicación del presente decreto”.
