Destinase la suma de cien mil pesos ($100.000. 00) para atender a los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de esta Ley; dicha suma se tomará del presupuesto de educación; y si en el de la próxima vigencia no se incluyere esta partida, el Gobierno podrá hacer los traslados o abrir los créditos necesarios para qué esta Ley tenga cumplimiento.
