º . Ambito de aplicación . Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto se aplicarán integralmente a la modalidad de Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor de Carga, en todo el territorio nacional, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos en las Leyes 105 de 1993 y 336 de 1996.
