Artículo segundo . Los Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, liquidarán las prestaciones sociales a los empleados y obreros, del Terminal Marítimo dé Buenaventura hasta la fecha en que termine la entrega del Terminal al Ministerio. De esta fecha en adelante los empleados y obreros del mencionado Terminal, dependerán del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Dirección General de Navegación y Puertos, gozarán de las prestaciones sociales de que disfrutan los trabajadores oficiales, y serán, por tanto, afiliados forzosos de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social. Comuníquese y publíquese.
