Los Oficiales Técnicos de la Fuerza Aérea que proceden del escalafón de Suboficiales tendrán, derecho a una prima de "Especialistas" que se pagará así: Subteniente Técnico $ 200.00 Teniente Técnico 250.00 Capitán Técnico. 300.00 Mayor Técnico 350.00

Parágrafo

Los Suboficiales de la Fueras Aérea egresados de la Escuela de Clases Técnicas, tendrá derecho a una prima de "Especialistas", que se pagará así: Suboficiales técnico Jefe $ 160.00 Suboficial Técnico Subjefe 120.00 Suboficial técnico primero 80.00 Suboficial técnico segundo 40.00 Suboficial técnico tercero 20.00
