Artículo tercero. En los asuntos de que trata el artículo primero del Decreto extraordinario número 456 de 1946 también procede la conciliación antes de presentarse la demanda, ante el Inspector del Trabajo o el Juez competente, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por los artículos 20 y concordantes del Código Procesal del Trabajo (Decreto extraordinario número 2158 de 1948).
