En caso de que el síndico incumpla sus deberes, el juez, de oficio o a solicitud del quebrado, de la junta, de cualquier acreedor o del ministerio público, podrá decretar la remoción de dicho auxiliar, de plano o previos los trámites de un incidente, según las circunstancias.
