Si la persona que infringiere las disposiciones de las Leyes 11 de 1920 y 118 de 1928 y del presente Decreto, fuere médico, farmacéutico, veterinario, dentista, o ejerciere 1a-medicina en virtud de una licencia, además de las sanciones de la Ley 118 de 1928, será privado del ejercicio de la profesión por un año. Esta pena la impondrá la respectiva Junta Seccional de Títulos Médicos o Veterinarios, a quienes las autoridades pasarán los documentos del caso.
