Artículo segundo. Las Juntas a que se refiere el artículo anterior tendrán, entre otras las siguientes funciones

Vigilar los procesos de adjudicación de terrenos comunales, o adyacentes a éstos;

Velar porque se cumplan a cabalidad las disposiciones sobre terrenos comunales,y dar aviso a la Alcaldía sobre la ocupación indebida de los mismos;

Informar al Ministerio de Agricultura sobre los problemas que se presente con motivo de la explotación comunal de terrenos baldíos.
