Artículo primero . Derógase el Decreto número 2712 de diciembre 17 de 1976, por el cual se adscribió al Ministro de Gobierno, el conocimiento de la solicitud de licencia número 4556, formulada para explotación técnica de un yacimiento de magnesio, en una zona de 920 hectáreas en jurisdicción del Municipio de Matanzas, Departamento de Santander del Sur, con el objeto dé que el actual Ministro de Minas y Energía avoque nuevamente el conocimiento del referido negocio.
