Causales de terminación de la concesión. Son causales de terminación de la concesión las siguientes

Cuando el concesionario ha dado aviso al Ministerio de Comunicaciones de su intención de no prorrogar la concesión.

Cuando el concesionario no inicia operaciones en el término previsto o no ejercita los derechos conferidos en la respectiva licencia.

Cuando el concesionario por motivos de fuerza mayor, o caso fortuito, o por imposibilidad de seguir prestando el servicio, manifieste su voluntad de devolver la frecuencia. CAPITULO VI Disposiciones finales
