La inversión del auxilio decretado por la presente Ley será hecha por una Junta, compuesta por el cura Párroco, el Inspector Judicial y dos ciudadanos designados por la Gobernación del Departamento; ciñéndose en su inversión y control a las normas generales determinadas por la Contraloría General de la República para esta clase de auxilios.
