Cuando el hecho previsto en elArtículo precedente se ejecute con premeditación, por el solo impulso de una perversidad brutal, o por medio de ejecuciones atroces, o si el hecho se comete con armas propiamente tales, o con sustancias corrosivas, la pena se aumentará de una sexta a una tercera parte.
