º . De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 5º del Decreto-ley 790 de 2005, del Consejo Administrador del Sistema Específico de Carrera de la Aerocivil hace parte un representante de los empleados de carrera de esta entidad.

Parágrafo

Actuará como Secretario del Consejo, el Director de Talento Humano o quien haga sus veces.
