º El personal uniformado y civil de la Policía Nacional está sujeto al régimen disciplinario y al procedimiento que se consagran en el Decreto-ley 100 de 1989, sin perjuicio de que el Procurador Delegado para la Policía Nacional pueda ejercer, respecto de dicho personal, la acción disciplinaria contemplada en la Ley 25 de 1974.
