ASIGNACION. El Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, el del Ejército, el de la Armada, el de la Fuerza Aérea y la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, tendrán cada uno un auditor de guerra superior. El Gobierno nacional determinará el número y funcionamiento de los auditores principales y auxiliares, así como los empleados subalternos de éstos, y el Ministerio de defensa los asignará de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio.
