Si de un delito o culpa ha sido cometido por dos o mas personas, cada una de ellas será solidariamente responsable de todo perjuicio procedente del mismo delito o culpa, salvas las excepciones de los artículos 2350 i 2355.

Todo fraude o dolo cometido por dos o mas personas produce la acción solidaria del precedente inciso.
