Valoración probatoria . Las pruebas se valoraran atendiendo las reglas de la sana crítica, la naturaleza administrativa de la falta y la índole objetiva de la responsabilidad derivada de la misma. En todo caso, la valoración probatoria se hará en el acto administrativo que decida de fondo la investigación.
