El Artículo 30 Del Decreto 180 De 1988 Quedará Así: “artículo 30

° El artículo 30 del Decreto 180 de 1988 quedará así: “Artículo 30. Circunstancias de agravación punitiva. Las penas previstas en el artículo 1° del Decreto 261 de 1988, se aumentarán hasta en una quinta parte cuando el hecho se cometa

a)

Para preparar, facilitar o consumar otro hecho punible, para ocultarlo, asegurar su producto o la impunidad para sí o para los participantes;

b)

Valiéndose de la actividad de inimputable;

c)

Con sevicias;

d)

Con cualquiera de las circunstancias contempladas en los numerales 3° y 4° del artículo 324 del Código Penal;

e)

Colocando a la víctima en situación de indefensión o inferioridad o aprovechándose de esta situación;

f)

En el cónyuge, ascendiente, descendiente, hermano, adoptante, adoptivo o pariente hasta el primer grado de afinidad, de cualquiera de las personas a que se refiere el artículo 1° del Decreto 261 de 1988”.
