ARTICULO 37. Normas Laborales. - A los empleados públicos vinculados al Instituto de Seguros Sociales en la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto se les aplicarán las siguientes disposiciones

El tiempo de servicios se entenderá sin solución de continuidad para todos los efectos legales;

El cambio de naturaleza jurídica del Instituto de Seguros Sociales no afecta el régimen salarial y prestacional vigente en la entidad.
