El artículo 3 del Decreto legislativo número 2363 de 1956 quedara así: "Artículo 3 ''. Los pagarés de que trata el artículo anterior no devengarán intereses, y serán amortizados a razón de uno (1) cada mes, a partir de enero de 1958, consecutivamente".
