Para obtener el grado de Subteniente de las Fuerzas Militares es requisito indispensable haber cursado con éxito los estudios reglamentarios en las Escuelas de formación de Oficiales, y ser propuestos para tal grado por el Director del Instituto respectivo.

Parágrafo

Exceptuase del requisito establecido en el presente artículo al personal de Clases Técnicas de la Fuerza Aérea, quienes podrán ascender hasta el grado de Capitán mediante el cumplimiento del establecido en el artículo 13 de la presente Ley.
