De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 116 de la Ley 1438 de 2011, el incumplimiento en el reporte de información que soporta el procedimiento a que hace referencia este decreto y/o la evidencia de inconsistencias en la misma, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social deberá informar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, para que adelante las investigaciones a que haya lugar, quien de considerarlo pertinente, dará traslado a la Fiscalía General de la Nación y a los organismos de control, para lo de su competencia.
