Los Notarios podrán certificar también sobre aspectos concretos de un determinado instrumento o de un documento protocolizado, tales como el hecho de haberse formalizado una compraventa con indicación del precio pactado o de haberse constituido un gravamen. Dichas certificaciones tendrán el mérito señalado en la Ley.
