Instancias del Sistema Nacional de Integridad. El Sistema Nacional de Integridad constará de dos instancias:

El Comité Coordinador conformado de acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 2° de la Ley 2016 del 2020 y las demás disposiciones que las modifiquen o adicionen o sustituyan.

La Comisión Intersectorial como instancia de apoyo para la implementación, seguimiento y evaluación de las estrategias, planes y acciones del Sistema.
