ARTICULO 5° Para efectos de determinar el aporte legal voluntario y la correspondiente contribución de la empresa, a que se refiere el artículo 2° del Decreto 1705 de 1985, en el Acta Orgánica del respectivo fondo podrán preverse varias categorías de trabajadores en función de factores objetivos que, a juicio de la Comisión Nacional de Valores, sean compatibles con la naturaleza y finalidad de los fondos mutuos de inversión.
