Artículo quinto. El resto del personal de la Sección de Navegación y Obras del Sur, que sea necesario, se pagará por planillas de jornales y será nombrado: los de jornal hasta $ 2.50, por el Jefe de la Zona, y los de $ 2.50 a $ 5, por él Jefe de Navegación y Obras del Sur.
