Los individuos de tropa son acreedores a pensiones en los casos de invalidez relativa o absoluta:

a). A causa de heridas recibidas en acción de guerra.

b). Por otros accidentes del servicio, o por enfermedades incurables contraídas en el servicio y por causa de él, lo que se comprobará con el reconocimiento de los médicos Oficiales.

Parágrafo

Los inválidos relativos pueden ser empleados en el servicio de guarnición, pero no en el de campaña.
