De conformidad con el artículo 24 del Decreto 3123 de 1968, el pago de los aportes a que se refieren el ordinal 2º. Y el Parágrafo del artículo 21 del mismo, podrá exigirse, por conducto de la justicia ordinaria, tanto de los aportantes allí señalados, que no hubieren cumplido con la obligación de aportar dentro del término establecido en las disposiciones vigentes, como de las Cajas de Compensación que, habiendo recaudado los aportes no los remitan al Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA, dentro del plazo estipulado en el artículo 23 del Decreto 3123 de 1968.
