° Créase un Comité con el fin de que adelante los estudios y formule las recomendaciones tendientes a definir la firma o firmas que deberán fabricar en Colombia los motores diesel, correspondientes al modelo básico de la categoría B-3, dentro del marco de la Decisión 120 de la Comisión del Acuerdo de Cartagena, para el Programa Sectorial de Desarrollo de la Industria Automotriz en el Grupo Andino.
