º. Población. Para dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en los numerales 2º y 3º del artículo 101 de la Ley 388 de 1997, se tendrá en cuenta la población de la cabecera municipal o distrital, de acuerdo con la certificación expedida anualmente por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE.
