ARTICULO 6 o . De las Funciones de la Oficina Jurídica. Corresponde a la Oficina Jurídica las funciones que señala el Decreto 1050 de 1968 y las normas que lo adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan. Además, la Oficina Jurídica revisará los contratos que deba suscribir el Ministro y los que están sujetos a su revisión o aprobación. La Oficina Jurídica dará apoyo legal a todas las dependencias del Ministerio, de acuerdo con los parámetros que para el efecto señale el Ministro.
