º ESCUELAS REGIONALES. El Jefe del Departamento podrá, cuando las necesidades del servicio lo exijan, crear, fusionar o suprimir las Escuelas Regionales, señalar las relaciones de subordinación con las restantes reparticiones y asignarles con base en la respectiva planta de personal, los cargos correspondientes.
