Los impuestos de consumo a la gasolina-motor en favor de los departamentos y el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, serán del 0.6 por mil para el año de 1984, del 1 por mil (1 o/oo) para el año de 1985, y del 2 por mil (2 o/oo) para los años de 1986 y siguientes, y se liquidará sobre el precio de venta del galón, al público.
